The article discusses the pros and cons of exercising in the morning versus the afternoon. Carlson explained that according to research, βthose who exercise in the morning have lower blood pressure throughout the day and get better sleep.β Tying this to the issue of weight loss, she noted that βsleep is when your body repairs itself, and sleep also reduces stress, which may affect your weight.β
